• Expérience de deux ans dans un rôle de traitement de la paie.
• Connaissance des réglementations gouvernementales pertinentes.
• Compétences avancées en Excel et bureau.
• Doit être orienté vers les détails.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et entretenir le Workflow Request Queue dans SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Assurer la conformité avec la législation sur la paie et la politique de l'entreprise.
• Traiter les remises de l'ARC, les paiements de l'union, et plus.

Day in the Life:

· Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for all Canadian Employees including managing data Changes

· Ensure compliance with Federal & Provincial payroll legislation and company policy

· Maintain employee records as per government regulations

· Process CRA Remittances

· Process Garnishment’s

· Process EHT Remittances

· Process Union Payments

· Respond to union inquiries and assist with union review

· Jira Ticket creation, review and validation

· Liaison with branches on payroll related items

· Assist with other duties as assigned

What We Are Seeking:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role

- Knowledge of relevant government regulations

- PCP or CPM designation preferred – or relevant work experience

- Must have strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially excel skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Accuracy and detail orientated

- Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Experience with salaried, hourly union and non-union payroll is required
