Coeur Mining, Inc. in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator to support bi-weekly payroll processing and high-volume AP activities. You will maintain confidential payroll records, handle ADP Workforce Now, and assist with month-end procedures.
Ideal candidates have PCP designation, at least three years of payroll experience, and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills. Experience with AP software and ADP is an asset, with a diploma in Administration, HR or Business.

Based in our Vancouver B.C. office, the Payroll & Accounts Payable Administrator supports accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing while maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring confidentiality. The role also supports high-volume Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment processing, and month-end procedures.
