Coeur Silvertip is seeking an HR Manager to lead site-based human resources activities in northern British Columbia as the project transitions from care and maintenance to construction and into operations.
The role partners with site leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, compliance, and organizational effectiveness, building scalable people programs for future growth.
Salary Range: CA$180,000.00 To CA$180,000.00 Annually

Operating in a Northern British Columbia mining environment, the HR Manager is responsible for leading all site-based human resources activities while supporting the people strategy required to successfully transition Silvertip from care and maintenance through project development and into future operations.
This role serves as the primary HR partner for site leadership, providing strategic and operational support across employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR compliance. As the project advances, the incumbent will play a key role in operational readiness by developing the people programs, processes, and organizational capability necessary to build and sustain a high-performing workforce.
