Job summary

EmploisRH, Inc. à Québec recherche un agent paie permanent pour gérer le traitement de la paie et les rapports associés. Le poste exige 1 à 2 ans d'expérience et une formation collégiale ou équivalente, avec une bonne maîtrise des logiciels RH et d'excellentes compétences en communication.

Le poste propose un environnement hybride, avec des responsabilités incluant la préparation des chèques, des relevés, et la gestion des déclarations T4, tout en respectant les échéances et les conformités.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme collégial ou équivalent requis.
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en paie ou équivalent.
  • Connaissance des logiciels RH.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.

Responsibilities

  • Calculer et préparer les chèques de paie.
  • Préparer les relevés de gains indiquant brut et net et les déductions.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives et la tenue des dossiers.
  • Préparer et équilibrer les rapports de paie et rapprocher les paies des relevés bancaires.
  • Préparer les relevés T4 et autres déclarations.
  • Saisir les données et effectuer l'entrée de données.

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Tasks
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Compile statistics and reports
  • Maintain payroll
  • Maintain records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems
  • Prepare T4 statements and other statements
