Job summary

Sobeys in Sept-Îles, QC is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and customer service. The role focuses on leading staff and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will hire and train personnel, manage inventory, place orders, and ensure merchandising standards while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. French language skills are preferred; 40 hours per week; permanent full-time position with benefits.

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
