Qualifications

• Post-secondary education (college diploma) or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience in customer service, healthcare administration, patient support, reimbursement, benefits verification, or call centre.
• Accurate data entry and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support patient enrollment and onboarding within Patient Support Programs.
• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support related to benefits verification, reimbursement processing, and patient assistance programs.
• Coordinate communication among patients, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.
• Process and maintain enrollment forms, reimbursement paperwork, and patient records.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is updated across multiple systems.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up to support timely patient access to treatment.
• Identify and elevate complex or non-routine issues per established procedures.
• Maintain compliance with privacy legislation, company policies, GxP standards, and program requirements.
• Meet service level expectations while delivering high-quality customer experience.
