Job summary

McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. is seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist to join the Patient Support Program team in Canada.

You will provide administrative, reimbursement and customer support to help patients access treatment and navigate their healthcare journey. You will respond to inquiries, support enrollment and onboarding, verify benefits, coordinate communications among patients, providers and insurers, and ensure accurate documentation and data entry across multiple systems while

Qualifications

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
1+ year of related experience in customer service, healthcare administration, patient support, reimbursement, benefits verification, or a call centre environment.
Experience with data entry and administrative tasks with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support patient enrollment and onboarding within Patient Support Programs.
Respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies and stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for benefits verification, reimbursement processing, and patient assistance programs.
Coordinate communication among patients, physicians, clinics, pharmacies, insurers and internal teams.
Process and maintain enrollment forms, reimbursement paperwork and patient records.
Perform accurate data entry and update information across systems.
Monitor documentation and follow up to support timely patient access.
Escalate complex or non-routine issues per procedures.
Maintain privacy, policy, GxP, and program compliance.
