FYidoctors Vaughan clinic seeks a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional patient service. This part-time fixed-term role (20–29 hours per week) runs through May 2028 and supports the clinic’s daily operations. The role includes check-in/out, pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, eyewear care, and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication, and tech proficiency with MS Office. Open Mon–Sat with competitive wages and benefits.

Our FYidoctors - Vaughan - Eagles Landing Plaza clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time fixed-term role until May 2028, working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
