Job summary

FYidoctors - Tisdale - Healthplex clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist for a fixed-term role from October 2026 to October 2027, 30–40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. You’ll greet patients, manage check-ins/outs, assist with pre-testing, and handle scheduling and billing.

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a fixed-term role from October 2026 to October 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do
