Job summary

FYidoctors - Tisdale - Healthplex clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding patient experiences, greeting patients and handling check-in/check-out, and responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.

This fixed-term role runs from October 2026 to October 2027, 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package including optical coverage and growth opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a fixed-term role from October 2026 to October 2027, working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.
