Job summary

FYidoctors in Pickering, Ontario seeks a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional care and support to patients. The role is full-time (30-40 hours/week) with the clinic open Monday–Saturday, requiring strong communication and technical skills.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, and support billing and eyewear services. A collaborative, adaptable team player thrives here, with growth opportunities and bonuses at qualifying

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Pickering clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do
