FYidoctors is seeking a Patient Services Specialist in Calgary to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a busy clinic. The role supports front-desk tasks, pre-testing, appointment coordination, billing, and eyewear handling in a collaborative team.

This part-time position offers flexible hours (20-29 per week) with opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including optical coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.

FYidoctors Calgary - Harvest Hills clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
