FYidoctors Edmonton - Callingwood is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support for patients in a collaborative, fast-paced clinic. The role is full-time, with 30-40 hours per week and operation across Monday to Saturday.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, assist with pre-testing and appointment coordination, and manage payments. Strong communication, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
