Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Patient Services Associate in Edmonton, AB. The role involves traveling within the territory to connect with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals, providing medicines, knowledge and support to improve patient outcomes.

The position requires excellent communication, strong organization and a service-minded attitude, with a driver’s license and access to a vehicle. The salary ranges from 45,000 to 50,000 CAD plus bonus and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering service with a patient focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet healthcare providers.
• Develop territory routing to maximize reach and awareness of patient services/tools.
• Attend and complete all required trainings on time.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
