Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a proactive Patient Services Associate to engage physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in Ottawa, delivering up-to-date product information and patient support. The role involves travel in the territory, strong communication, and building relationships to improve patient outcomes.

The PSA will connect with health care providers daily, ensuring compliant messaging, attending trainings, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on patient care

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education preferred but not required.
• Highly organized and a team player with a service mindset.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to engage health care providers with product information and support.

• Adhere to ethical codes and regulatory requirements as applicable.
• Represent the client in person or virtually, communicating updates to providers and patients.

Patient Services Associate - Ottawa, ONInizio Engage Canada is seeking a Patient Service Associate (PSA) that is to see physicians, nurses, and allied HCPs every day, focusing on how to help improve the lives of patients.
