Inizio Engage is seeking a Healthcare Communicator for Canada (Remote) to represent a top biotechnology client. You will handle Medical Information Requests, adverse events, and product quality concerns via phone and email, ensuring privacy and accuracy.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and meticulous data entry. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), excellent verbal/written skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality standards for client programs and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Document and triage all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints as per guidelines.
• Complete literature fulfillment for customers.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy during calls.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
• Safeguard patient privacy following HIPAA rules.
