Qualifications

• 2 years recent relevant registration, admitting and appointment scheduling experience required.
• Knowledge of hospital ADT systems preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 35-45 wpm.
• Experience collecting and processing payments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients in the hospital ADT and Scheduling System.
• Maintain accurate patient registration records and appointments.
• Process patient payments and issue receipts as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from patients and staff with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with care teams to minimize delays and improve throughput.
