Job summary

Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas, ON is hiring a Part-Time Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the clinic. You will manage phone calls, bookings, and patient communications in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, organization, and collaboration with the care team. Shift availability includes some evenings and Saturdays, with pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate patient bookings and maintain an organized clinic schedule.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and available services.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an outstanding experience from their first visit to their last.
  • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and administrative paperwork.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Help patients commit to their care plans by confidently discussing treatment recommendations and scheduling future appointments.
