Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for a 4-6 month on-site contract at our Vancouver clinic (39 Nelson St). You will greet patients, manage registrations and scheduling, and coordinate between patients and clinical staff to ensure a superb patient experience.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, strong empathy, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends. This is a full on-site position with a focus on excellent patient care, attention to detail, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
• Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing patient concerns with sensitivity and care.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Responsibilities: Welcome patients, verify identity, assist with forms, schedule management, and post-scan education.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and staff; keep front desk organized.
• Customer Service Excellence: Address concerns with empathy and professionalism; solicit patient feedback.
