Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Client Services Partner in Toronto, Canada to support the enhanced scan workflow and coordinate end-to-end clinical processes. You will work with patients and physicians, manage post-scheduling tasks, and help with education initiatives. The role is fixed-term for 6 months, with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with sales and physician relations teams is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Membership Scan Coordination: coordinate post-scheduling workflows and lab draws.
• Provider Education Program Support: track applicants and coordinate scans.
• Patient & Physician Communication: liaison between patients, sales, and clinical teams; maintain confidentiality.
