Prenuvo in Vancouver is seeking an experienced people leader to head the Health Concierge - Outbound team from our Vancouver HQ. You will mentor Inside Sales Representatives, drive revenue, and maintain a patient-focused approach while scaling operations.

Reporting to the Director of Assisted Sales, you’ll translate business priorities into actionable guidance, track performance, and foster continuous improvement. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced people leadership with empathy and candour.
• Ability to lead through change, maintain momentum and communicate impact.
• Disciplined prioritization and resource management to shift with business needs.
• 5–8 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of targets.
• Startup or growth-stage experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software and call-recording/conversation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach.
• Patient-focused mindset and commitment to healthcare excellence.
• Ability to translate direction into priorities and execution.
• Discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed targets.
• Track and improve key sales metrics and SLA adherence across channels.
• Coach through call reviews and scorecards to drive coaching and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to build systems supporting growth.
• Ensure patient-first sales approach and high-quality patient experiences.
