Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with patient-facing roles in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or faster.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect required information, explain the specimen collection steps.
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect Holter monitors, and perform ECG tracings.
• Collect special test samples and complete related documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Enter patient demographics and requisition information into the system.
• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing.
