WELL Health Diagnostic Centres seeks a Patient Care Representative to manage the front-end patient flow and provide physician support. The role includes reception, scheduling, registration for procedures, and handling patient data with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities involve assisting clinicians, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Good command of English, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR & First Aid certification encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Greet incoming patients and physicians following script.
• Obtain patient identification, documentation, and history per guidelines.
• Schedule patients and register for procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems; input data from affiliate clinics.
• Assist physicians and staff to ensure smooth practice flow.
• Maintain a clean reception area and follow infection prevention guidelines.
• Deliver patient reports and coordinate workflow for clinic operations.
