Job summary

Medigas Manitoba Limited, part of the Innovair Group, seeks a Client Care Representative to be the first point of contact for clients at our Winnipeg clinics. You will support care journeys, coordinate appointments, and assist with equipment purchases while maintaining patient confidentiality and high service standards.

You will work closely with Sleep Therapists and other team members to deliver a seamless client experience, handling data entry and clinic tasks with accuracy and kindness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, client care, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or another people-focused environment.
• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our clinic, creating a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience.
• Assist clients through their care journey by answering questions and guiding them through services and processes.
• Coordinate new client intake and schedule appointments with Sleep Therapists.
• Support sales conversations by explaining products and options and making recommendations.
• Complete client resupply calls, process orders, and identify ongoing needs.
