The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact, providing general information to patients and the public regarding questions, concerns, and suggestions. This role facilitates the opioid agonist therapy treatment program and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate treatment plans to support patient recovery.
