Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first contact for patients, guiding them through their care journey with friendly, high-quality service and supporting the clinical team to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals, educate patients on sleep therapy, handle insurance and billing, assist with product resupply, and help maintain a clean, well-functioning clinic while upholding Resolve Sleep Health values.

Qualifications

• A passion for people and exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner in a busy clinic.
• Team-first mindset and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service.
• Comfort with digital tools, EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided).
• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus; however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.
