Job summary

Kibbi, boulangerie établie à Montréal, recherche un(e) chef boulanger(e) pour assurer la préparation quotidienne des gâteaux, pains et viennoiseries et superviser une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes.

Le poste exige au moins 5 ans d'expérience, le travail peut nécessiter des débuts matinaux et un bon sens de l'organisation; vous travaillerez en français ou en anglais dans un environnement dynamique et rapide. Des compétences en décoration et en gestion des stocks seront valorisées.

Qualifications

• 5 années d'expérience ou plus dans la boulangerie.
• Capacité en travail en français ou en anglais.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et sous pression.

Responsibilities

• Préparer pâtes et pâtons pour tartes, pains et pâtisseries selon recettes.
• Préparer la pâtisserie pour occasions spéciales comme mariages et anniversaires.
• Réquisitionner ou commander matériaux, équipements et fournitures.
• Cuire pâtons et pâtes et superviser la cuisson.
• Former le personnel dans les préparations et la manipulation des aliments.
• Préparer les commandes spéciales.
• Superviser le personnel de boulangerie et de cuisine.
• Décorer gâteaux et produits de boulangerie.
• Établir les plannings de production.
• Former le personnel et assurer la qualité des produits.

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
