Job summary

Kibbi recherche un opérateur en boulangerie pour travailler sur site dans une installation de fabrication alimentaire. Le poste est permanent avec un horaire de travail lourd et des conditions de travail en environnement bruyant et réfrigéré.

Une expérience de 7 mois à moins d’un an est souhaitée, avec un diplôme d’études secondaires et une forte attention au détail. Vous manipulerez et conditionnerez des produits, procéderez à des ajustements mécaniques, et consignerez les données de production

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Expérience de 7 mois à moins d’un an dans la boulangerie ou la production alimentaire recommandée.

Responsibilities

• Opérer les machines pour traiter et conditionner les produits alimentaires.
• Effectuer les ajustements correctifs des machines.
• Enregistrer les informations de production.
• Surveiller les jauges et imprimés et vérifier les conditions de traitement.
• Nettoyer les machines et les zones de travail immédiates.
• Informer le superviseur des dysfonctionnements ou irrégularités.
• Ajuster les variables de traitement.
• Maintenir le journal de poste et autres données.
• Configurer et ajuster les machines de traitement et d’emballage.
• Contrôler les produits pour les défauts et la conformité.

• Perform corrective machine adjustments

• Make adjustments to process variables
• Maintain shift log of production and other data
