Job summary

Kibbi in Canada is seeking a skilled baker for a busy bake shop in a large-volume bakery. You will prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, bake doughs, frost and decorate cakes, and ensure products meet quality standards.

This role requires accurate work, dependability, and teamwork. The position offers morning to weekend shifts, 35–40 hours per week, with a permanent work term and focus on sanitation and hygiene.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in baking or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in baking or equivalent.
  • Experience with large-volume bakery operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods per recipes or orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to required standards.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Operate bakery machinery and monitor inventory and production levels.
