You will focus on pasta preparations, plating with appropriate garnish and maintaining strict recipe portions. This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a restaurant kitchen with pasta experience, solid knife skills, and a culinary training background. Health and safety standards are a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a restaurant kitchen, with pasta experience preferred.
• Good knife skills and finger dexterity to use small tools and utensils adeptly.
• Degree from a culinary arts training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate authentic Italian dishes in a high-volume open kitchen.
• Follow recipes and maintain portion sizes, quality standards and health regulations.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
