Job summary

Terroni in Toronto is seeking full-time, permanent Line Cooks to join the BOH team. Report to the chef/sous chef, follow recipes with speed and consistency, and prepare traditional Italian dishes for our guests. Shifts include both day and night, with weekday and weekend coverage.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, strong knife skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Recent culinary graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year BOH kitchen experience required as well as good knife handling skills.
• Recent culinary program graduates with no work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow a given recipe with speed, skill and consistency.
• Prepare traditional Italian dishes with care and attention.
• Work with a flexible schedule including day, night and weekend shifts.
