Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute pasta dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked pasta station for service.
• Prepare sauces, garnishes, and mise en place according to restaurant standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Communicate clearly with the Chef, Sous Chef, and team during prep and service.
• Support daily prep, station breakdown, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
