Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a PartsPro Team Lead for PartSource to drive sales using our parts lookup system and foster strong customer relationships. You will lead in-store operations when management is unavailable and support training and development of teammates.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory audits, and ensuring safety and PPE compliance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for autos with strong parts knowledge and customer focus.
• Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems and standard store tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using PartSource OS and vendor platforms.
• Explain features, benefits and warranty details to customers.
• Oversee store operations when management is absent and act as keyholder.
• Open/close store, delegate tasks, and coach junior staff.
• Support inventory control, audits, shipping/receiving and returns.
• Maintain store appearance, safety standards and PPE usage.
