Job summary

PartSource, a brand within Canadian Tire, is hiring a PartsPro to identify correct automotive parts using our look-up systems and to assist customers with purchases and product information. You will support store operations and maintain merchandising standards to uphold the PartSource brand.

The role emphasizes helpful customer service, accurate product knowledge, and the ability to work varied shifts. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including point of sale.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Familiarity with PPE guidelines and safety shoes provided on hire.
• Driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use the PartSource OS and vendor platforms to identify correct parts and complete transactions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete store tasks in a timely manner.
• Uphold store appearance and merchandising standards.
