Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation's PartSource is hiring a Commercial Specialist to drive commercial sales in-store. You will be the primary contact for commercial customers, locate parts, oversee deliveries, and maintain expert knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

You will build relationships with installers, generate invoices, assist with accounts receivable, and ensure safe delivery operations. This role requires strong communication and automotive industry know-how.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of automotive systems including electronics, suspension, brakes, and exhaust.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and line codes to ensure correct parts selection.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and invoicing.
• Strong communication and selling skills with customers.
• Team oriented with passion for the automotive aftermarket.
• Familiarity with PPE and safety equipment required on site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for commercial customers calling the store.
• Partner with commercial customers by maintaining automotive knowledge and relationships.
• Oversee product deliveries and driver coordination to ensure timely arrivals.
• Generate invoices and credits for commercial accounts; manage filing.
• Assist with accounts receivable payments and record-keeping.
• Support maintenance or repair recommendations for delivery fleet; follow safety policies.
