Qualifications

• Passion for automobiles and strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Effective leadership with coaching and team development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including point of sale.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify correct parts using PartSource OS and vendor platforms to fulfill customer needs.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Coach and train new or junior staff.
• Oversee store operations when management is absent and delegate tasks.
• Ensure inventory control, audits, and compliance with company standards.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Maintain store appearance, safety standards, and PPE.
• Handle shipping/receiving tasks and returns processing.
