PartSource in Canada is seeking a PartsPro to help customers by using our parts lookup system, identifying correct parts, and selling automotive solutions. You will drive sales and uphold PartSource brand standards in the store.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including point of sale.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs for up to 8 hours.
• Familiarity with PPE, safety shoes, and safety gear as required.
• Driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use the PartSource OS and vendor platforms to identify parts, process transactions, and sell automotive solutions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details to customers.
• Complete store tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store appearance.
• Follow PPE guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Report customer concerns to management.
