Job summary

Source Energy Services in Grande Prairie, AB is seeking a Parts Technician to manage and dispense parts inventories, handle day-to-day stock, and support CMMS data entry.

You will order parts for shop and field repairs, track on-order quantities, coordinate with maintenance, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery to site; 3+ years in heavy equipment or industrial settings and a valid Class 5 license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar parts/maintenance role in heavy equipment or industrial environment.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance, inventory, and scheduling is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Order parts for shop and field repairs; include mobile machinery and equipment.
• Use PO system to purchase parts and supplies, and track deliveries.
• Record on-order parts and update site delivery dates; coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Source quotes from vendors and evaluate purchasing options for cost/quality/timing.
• Ensure parts inventory levels are maintained and timely on-site delivery.
