Zero-C is seeking a Parts Clerk / Storekeeper to manage parts and inventory while supporting field operations and internal teams, ensuring an efficient and structured supply process.

The role emphasizes maintaining inventory integrity, processing materials for job sites, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep operations moving smoothly. Fluency in French and experience with MS 365 are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written French.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
• Knowledge of Maestro software (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse and ensure its integrity to maintain an organized and functional environment.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through cycle counts and other methods to ensure parts availability.
• Verify material requests to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare materials required for job sites to support smooth operations.
• Process supplier returns and warranty follow-ups for non-compliant or unused items.
• Enter data into the computer system to ensure inventory traceability and accuracy.
• Produce barcodes and perform inventory transfers to keep records up-to-date.
• Optimize product relocation to maximize storage space.
• Maintain inventory code (SKU) integrity and updates.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and related verification, unloading, and storage operations.
