Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Parts Person to assist customers in locating required parts, provide accurate pricing information, and complete online parts orders for internal and external customers. The role supports inventory management and collaborates with the Service Department to ensure timely work orders.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, accurate quoting, and efficient order processing within a fast-paced parts environment at Brandt locations in Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Foundational parts and warehousing knowledge.
• Previous parts industry experience considered an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs promptly with accurate solutions and build strong relationships.
• Prepare quotes and efficiently process orders for internal and external customers.
• Manage unloading, receiving and storage of parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information.
• Manage inventory accuracy through bin adjustments and stock orders.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Support Service Department with pricing and availability of parts for work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training.
