Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Mississauga is seeking a Parts Person to assist customers in locating parts, provide accurate pricing, and complete online orders for internal and external customers. You will support the Service Department, manage inventory, process quotes, unload and store parts, and operate warehousing equipment while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Foundation in parts or warehousing knowledge.
• Experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating parts and provide pricing information.
• Prepare quotes and process online parts orders.
• Unloading, receiving and organizing storage of parts and materials.
• Document and report shipping, receiving and inventory data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and place stock orders.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches.
• Support Service Department with pricing and availability.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Use computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
