Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Canada is seeking an Inside Parts Desk Associate to professionally manage high-volume calls, process parts orders, and provide knowledgeable sales support across Brandt divisions.

You will work with logistics, inventory, and technical support to ensure on-time deliveries, accurate data, and strong customer relationships, with opportunities for growth within a family-run, multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience processing parts orders by phone and entering into a computer system.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from dealers and internal teams with prompt, accurate responses.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately in the system for multiple Brandt divisions.
• Provide inside sales support by confirming delivery schedules, troubleshooting, and recommending parts.
• Collaborate with logistics to track shipments and update customers on order status.
• Coordinate with inventory control to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with technical support to resolve product compatibility issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain relationships.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements in the parts department.
• Attend team meetings and training to stay informed on products and policies.
• Take on additional duties to support smooth operation of the parts desk.
