Job summary

Brandt in Campbell River, BC is seeking a Parts Person to help customers locate parts, provide accurate pricing, and complete online parts orders for both internal and external customers.

You will manage inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders while supporting the Service Department with part pricing and availability, all on-site in a role that requires lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays based on needs.
• Foundations in parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs promptly, delivering accurate solutions and building relationships.
• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders for customers.
• Manage unloading, receiving, and storage of parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through adjustments and stock orders.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide pricing/availability support to Service Department for work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Use computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
