The role emphasizes strong customer service, inventory accuracy, and efficient order processing, with responsibilities spanning receiving, storing, shipping, and supporting the Service Department with parts availability.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Foundational parts and warehousing knowledge.
• Previous experience in the parts industry is an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs, delivering accurate solutions and building relationships.
• Prepare quotes and process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Unloading, receiving, and storing parts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, inventory and stock information.
• Manage inventory accuracy through adjustments and stock orders.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Support Service Department with pricing and availability of parts.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training.
