Job summary

Williams Machinery is seeking a Parts Person to support the Parts Department, handling parts sales, shipping, receiving, lookup and sourcing of parts, and invoicing. The role involves maintaining the showroom, processing returns, and ensuring accurate inventory records in a busy dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in a parts department, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a parts Department or similar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Handle parts sales, shipping & receiving of inventory, lookup and sourcing of parts.
• Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise at point of sale.
• Maintain retail sale floor and displays to meet dealership standards.
• Assist in keeping parts department, inventory warehouse, and shipping/receiving clean and orderly.
