We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Parts Specialist to join our team at Taylor Volkswagen Regina. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced automotive environment and wants to build a long‑term career in the industry.

As a Parts Specialist, you will support the Parts and the Service Department by efficiently and accurately receiving, organizing, distributing and selling automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming automotive parts shipments
• Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse areas
• Pick and deliver parts to service technicians
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control
• Prepare customer and internal orders
• Process returns, warranty parts, and core returns
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What we are Looking For

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Automotive or warehouse experience is an asset
• Basic computer skills
• Valid drivers licence preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the designated shift period
