Job summary

Woodridge Ford Lincoln, part of Wood Automotive Group, Calgary, is seeking a Parts Shipper Receiver to join our team. You will verify records for shipments, prepare items for dispatch, and help move merchandise across our dealership network.

The role involves loading/unloading, receiving, and arranging transportation, with occasional vehicle shuttling between sites. Join a growing Alberta automotive group with strong employee benefits.

• A valid AB driver's license and a current, clean driver's abstract.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment.
• Address, ship, receive and verify merchandise or material.
• Record incoming merchandise or material and arrange transportation of products.
• Load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or with equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Assume Lot Attendant duties and shuttle vehicles between dealership locations.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible to verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment.

Duties also include:

• Addressing and shipping merchandise or material
• Receiving, unpacking, and verifying
• Recording incoming merchandise or material
• Arranging for the transportation of products
• Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment - lifting up to 50lbs
• Lot Attendant duties when necessary. Shuttling vehicles from other dealership locations under the Group.

Qualifications:
