Bannister Automotive Group in Grande Prairie, Canada is seeking a Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our busy parts department. You will handle shipments, receipts, and inventory to keep parts flowing accurately and on time.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll thrive in a hands-on setting and work well with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lift up to 50 lbs periodically during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Full-time availability—Tuesday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week).

Responsabilités

• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Promptly unload deliveries, sort and stock receivables
• Verify paperwork matches physical shipments and identify discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and conduct daily cycle counts
• Organize and store inventory in a logical, easy-to-retrieve manner
• Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, tidy, and safe
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized shop
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
