Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina is seeking a Parts Person - John Deere Construction to assist customers in locating parts, provide pricing, and process online orders for internal and external customers. You will locate parts, ship to customers and branches, and support service technicians.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Excel. Prior parts industry experience is preferred and certification is an asset.

Qualifications

• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively.
• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
• Certification is considered an asset.

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person - John Deere Construction for our Regina Construction and Forestry location. Parts Person - John Deere Construction is responsible for assisting customers in locating parts they require, provide accurate pricing information for parts and completing online parts orders for internal and external customers.
