Brandt in Ponoka (John Deere location) is seeking a Parts Person to assist customers in finding parts, provide pricing, and process online orders, supporting warehouse operations.

You will locate parts, ship to customers and other branches, help branch service technicians, and place stock orders, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service. This role requires a solid warehouse knowledge, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Excel and computer systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
• Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge.
• Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
• Proficiency with Excel for inputting and managing data.

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Ponoka Agriculture (John Deere) location. The Parts Person is responsible for aiding customers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. This position involves parts inventory duties that support warehouse operations and strengthen our Parts Business. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For
